Operating Principle and Features
This production line produces tofu products with the same procedures of producing lactone tofu products: soybean milk is mixed with bittern and is quantitatively filled into tofu boxes. After sealing, they are delivered into hot water tank to be heated and solidified. The produced products keep very traditional flavor of bittern tofu, are easy to unbox, and also feature like lactone tofu of being soft, smooth, tasty and refreshing.
This production line contains two parts: Automatic Bittern Mixing Machine and Automatic Bittern Mixed Tofu Filling and Packing Machine.
